I would highly recommend Cutler for the following reasons : -Local knowledge and expertise - Created the most competitive offer for a highly desired house, in order to achieve my goal of obtaining a house on Lake Cable where there is little to no inventory. - Great technology and beautiful pictures/ 3D virtual tours/ drone photos to create a beautiful listing that created demand at an open house. - With their open house, I was able to achieve two offers in one day and ultimately sold my house over list price. Christa was an incredible realtor! I have never had a realtor work as hard as she did. She listens to your wants, she responds immediately, she guides you every step of the way and got our house sold for the price we wanted and in the middle of winter! Elyssa was such a blast to work with! She was flexible with the little time we had available to view houses and more than willing to drive all over the Columbus to see all of the places we were interested in (often in the same day).
